Since 1968, in a career than spans more than four decades, Will Stutts has worked in virtually all aspects of professional theatre from acting, directing, producing and playwriting. His traditional theatre career includes MFA graduate work and appearances in New York both on and off-Broadway. He has also served as Producing Artistic Director at several regional theatres and been a regular guest director and lecturer on college and university campuses throughout the country, His resume of roles performed and plays directed and written is extensive and critically praised.
He is, however, best known for being the foremost practitioner of the genre of the ‘one person play’ in the world today!
His pioneering efforts in the one person play, are more than occasional dabbling in the genre or roles and characters specific to his own ‘type.’
